DeCarlo’s Bar and Grill was established by Daniel DeCarlo, Sr. in 1992 as a second location to the Penn Street Tavern, which he acquired in 1966. His hard work ethic, faith and business savvy was instilled by his immigrant parents. Their guidance could only breed success! The other part of success is simple…TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES AS FAMILY.

At DeCarlos, we always strive to offer reasonable prices, prompt and friendly service, and quality products to our customers. We invite you to come and enjoy yourself at your neighborhood state-of-the-art New York City warehouse style tavern. By the way, we are noted throughout Berks for our wings, burgers, and cocktails.
